An interactive session on Menstrual Health was conducted by Balika Manch on 4th October 2024, aiming to raise awareness and promote an open discussion about menstrual hygiene and health among adolescents. The session was attended by the girls of 7A, B and D. The session was led by a gynaecologist (and parent of our institution) Dr Aparna Khaunte, who provided valuable insights into the biological aspects of menstruation, the importance of maintaining hygiene, and debunking common myths and misconceptions. The session concluded with a Q&A segment where students freely asked questions regarding menstrual pain, irregular cycles, and physical and emotional changes.
