To educate a child is to train him in what is good.
One is instructed in logic, arithmetic, languages, sciences as well as important social skills and moral values. It is in a way to “give life” to the child.

Through education one is given the necessary skills and requirements to sail on the waters of life. Further, one is given the ability to unfurl his true potential and journey in his own unique direction.

Symbol of learning.
Books contain the wisdom of the wise, the inventions and experiments of science, the victories and failures of history and in short the life and discoveries of humanity till the present day. Learning involves gaining from the experiences and thoughts of the great scientists, mathematicians, historians, artists and all in all gives the child an opportunity to look for new horizons on his journey of life.

A symbol of light.
Education not only makes students passive learners but makes the them active participants in the task of handing down good values, teaching others necessary life  skills and finding new solutions to problems both old and new. The child is given the ability to become a “light” to others through his words and actions.

Rosary
A symbol of prayer.
Education finally points one to God. It asks us to learn from God, our best teacher, the way to lead and the choices to make in life. It prompts us to hear from God the answers to our most basic questions: Who am I? Where am I? Where am I going? How do I get there?
